Sources have confirmed that George Clooney will make a big return to the small screen in the role which made him a household name - as Dr. Doug Ross in NBC's E.R. It seems that the show needed some ratings resucitation and they called in good ol' Dr. Ross to save the day. Reports reveal that he will start filming scenes this week at the Warner Bros. Los Angeles set.
